How much is delivery?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs £3.49 for orders below £29.99, and free Tracked 48 is available from £29.99 after discounts. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available for £3.99. Choose the delivery service shown at checkout before payment. Read our full shipping information.
When will my order be dispatched and delivered?
We aim to dispatch within one working day. After dispatch, Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims for two to three working days and Tracked 24 aims for the next working day. These are carrier aims, not guarantees; some postcodes and periods of disruption may take longer.
Can I pay by card or PayPal?
Yes. Card payments are processed through Viva.com, PayPal is available, and Wallid provides a pay-by-bank option. Continue through checkout and enter your delivery details to view the available payment choices before confirming payment. For help completing an order, call 01536 269622.

How do I track my order or get help with a late parcel?
Use the tracking details in your dispatch email or follow our tracking and missing-parcel guidance. Contact us with your order number when you need help finding your tracking details or checking a delivery.
Can I return an item?
We offer a 30-day voluntary return period for eligible items, normally unused and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Contact us before returning anything so we can confirm the instructions. Exclusions and your statutory cancellation rights are explained in our returns and refunds policy.
What happens if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Call or email us with your order number and details of the issue; a photograph can help. We will assess the issue and explain the next steps under our returns policy. Clearance items retain the same statutory rights as full-price items.
Why are some products on clearance?
Our range includes clearance lines being sold from existing stock. Availability changes as those lines sell through. Check the product page for the exact strength, resistance, pack size and any item-specific condition notes before ordering. Our published returns policy still applies.

Where do you deliver, and can I collect?
Our current service is online and by telephone, with UK delivery. We do not offer in-store shopping, customer visits, collection or click and collect.

How do I know which pod or coil fits?
Match the exact model and pod or coil series. Use the Coil & Pod Finder, or contact us with your device name and a photograph before ordering. Parts with similar names are not necessarily interchangeable.
Which strength, colour or resistance will I receive?
You are ordering the option selected on the product page. Check that selection and the pack size in your basket before checkout. Options shown as sold out cannot be ordered. Call us before paying when you are unsure about a specification.

What is vaping?
Vaping is the use of an electronic device that heats e-liquid to produce an aerosol. Products containing nicotine are for adults aged 18 and over, and nicotine is addictive.
How does an e-cigarette work?
An e-cigarette is a battery-powered device that heats e-liquid to produce an aerosol. Product instructions explain how to use and maintain the particular device.
What is e-liquid?
E-liquid usually contains propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerine (VG) and flavourings, with or without nicotine. Check the ingredients and nicotine strength on the product label.
Is there a difference between vaping and smoking?
Smoking burns tobacco; vaping devices heat e-liquid to produce an aerosol. Vaping is not risk-free. For independent health information, visit the NHS website.
Is nicotine always present in e-liquids?
No. Zero-nicotine and nicotine-containing products are available. Check the product label and selected option before ordering.
What are PG and VG?
PG is propylene glycol and VG is vegetable glycerine. They are common base ingredients in e-liquids. The ratio varies by product, so check the specification and your device manufacturer's guidance.

What are vape pods and pod systems?
A pod system uses a replaceable pod to hold e-liquid. Pods may be refillable or prefilled, depending on the device. Match replacement pods to the exact model.
What do MTL and DTL mean?
MTL means mouth-to-lung: drawing the aerosol into the mouth before inhaling. DTL means direct-to-lung. Devices, coils and airflow settings are designed for different uses; check the manufacturer's specification.
How long does a coil last?
Coil life varies with use, e-liquid, power settings and the device. There is no single replacement interval suitable for every setup. Follow the manufacturer's guidance.
Why does my vape taste burnt?
Possible causes include a worn coil, insufficient e-liquid or an unsuitable power setting. Stop using the device while checking the manufacturer's troubleshooting instructions, and contact us for help identifying replacement parts.
