Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day voluntary return period. To qualify, an item must normally be unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

How to start a return

Email support@vapersplace.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will confirm the current return address and instructions. Do not send an item before contacting us.

Online-order cancellation rights

For most online purchases, you may tell us within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return it. Exceptions can apply, including to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law.

Sale items and gift cards

Sale items have the same statutory refund rights as full-price items. Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

Refunds

We will tell you when your return has been received and assessed. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary.
