The Kanger SSOCC (Stainless Steel Organic Cotton Coil) coils represent an upgraded version of the Kanger OCC (Organic Cotton Coil) coils. These coils feature a stainless steel casing, which is why they are referred to as SSOCC. The wire used in these coils is Nichrome.

One notable difference between SSOCC and OCC coils is their shape; SSOCC coils are cylindrical, which means they occupy less space inside the tank compared to the cuboid-shaped OCC coils.

Currently, SSOCC coils are included with the Nebox, Topbox, and Subvod kits, and it's likely that they will be adopted for use in all of Kanger's products in the future, potentially replacing the OCC coils altogether. The great thing about SSOCC coils is their backward compatibility, as they can be used in any tank that currently supports OCC coils.
